July 23, 06 Taxman: A simple number game written in Applescript Studio. Years ago, when Nitewing '98 saw his first computer at a university, they demonstrated this game. The game then was read in on paper tape and played on a teletype machine, not a monitor!

They say you can avoid everything but death and taxes, but if you play the game right, you can avoid the taxes at least. For every number you choose, the Taxman gets "taxes" in the form of factors of your number. But watch out! Any numbers left at the end wind up in the Taxman's pocket!



Requirements: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger). Should run on Intel Macs.

Version Changes: Updated to Universal Binary.

This is the one that started it all. This is Nitewing's first program in Applescript Studio and includes the source code so others can use it as a blueprint for writing their own first AppleScript Studio application.
